International Hannah works personally with each client to understand their preferences, values, lifestyle, and relationship goals and actively searches for compatible candidates.
How long is the Private Matchmaking experience?
Your engagement includes 30 days of active matchmaking and candidate sourcing. Follow-up support related to introductions made during your engagement may extend beyond the 30-day search period.
How much does Private Matchmaking cost?
The investment is $1,500 for a 30-day private matchmaking engagement, paid in full before your search begins.
How many private clients do you accept?
To provide each client with a highly personalized experience, International Hannah accepts a maximum of two new Private Matchmaking clients per month.
What is included in my 30-day experience?
Your experience includes a private matchmaking consultation and onboarding, personalized search, candidate sourcing from the Diaspora Match network, active sourcing, anonymous social-media sourcing when appropriate, preliminary candidate screening, confidential candidate profiles, curated introductions based on mutual interest, post-date feedback, matchmaking guidance, and follow-up support.
How do I get started?
Begin by completing the Diaspora Match Private Matchmaking Application. Your application allows Hannah to learn more about you, your relationship goals, and what you're looking for in a partner.
Does submitting an application guarantee acceptance?
No. Private Matchmaking is an application-based service. Applications are reviewed to determine whether Diaspora Match is positioned to conduct a strong search based on your preferences, expectations, and relationship goals.
How do I pay for Private Matchmaking?
Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, click the Private Matchmaking payment link provided on our website. You’ll be securely redirected to our Square checkout page to complete your $1,500 payment. Once payment is received, you'll receive your onboarding instructions and next steps.
When does my 30-day matchmaking period begin?
Your 30-day active search period begins on your confirmed matchmaking start date following payment and completion of the required onboarding process.
Where does Hannah find potential matches?
Potential matches may be sourced through the existing Diaspora Match network, Hannah's international connections, inbound candidates, active sourcing, and social media when appropriate.
Will my identity be posted on social media?
Not without your permission. Private Matchmaking is designed for clients who value discretion. When social media is used to expand a search, Hannah may create an anonymous matchmaking feature that shares approved details about what a client is seeking without publicly revealing the client's identity.
What information will potential matches receive about me?
Relevant profile information may be privately shared with carefully selected candidates when Hannah believes there may be potential compatibility. Sensitive contact information is withheld until both parties have expressed mutual interest in an introduction.
How are potential matches presented to me?
Candidates who successfully move through the initial screening process may be presented through a confidential Diaspora Match candidate profile, allowing you to learn more about the individual before deciding whether you'd like to move forward.
How do introductions work?
If you express interest in a candidate, your profile may then be privately presented to them. If both parties express mutual interest, Hannah facilitates the introduction and allows you to begin communicating directly.
How many matches or dates will I receive?
There is no guaranteed number of candidates, introductions, or dates. Diaspora Match prioritizes quality and potential compatibility over quantity, and every introduction requires mutual interest from both individuals.
Am I guaranteed to find a relationship within 30 days?
No. While Diaspora Match provides an active, personalized search, chemistry and relationship outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Your investment covers the matchmaking service, sourcing, screening, introductions when appropriate, and guidance—not a guaranteed relationship, engagement, or marriage.
Do I have to live in the United States?
No. Diaspora Match serves a global community. Clients and potential candidates may be located throughout the United States, Africa, Europe, and other parts of the world.
Is Diaspora Match only for Africans?
No. Diaspora Match is centered around connecting people throughout the African and global Black diaspora and those genuinely interested in building meaningful relationships across cultures and continents.
What happens after my first date?
Hannah will check in separately with both individuals to gather feedback. If there's mutual interest in continuing, you'll be encouraged to explore the connection naturally while Hannah remains available for guidance and follow-up.
What if we both want to continue dating?
Great! Once mutual interest has been confirmed, Hannah will allow the relationship to develop naturally while remaining available for support. An additional follow-up will be conducted approximately two weeks later to see how the connection is progressing.
What happens if I don't meet someone during the 30 days?
Your investment covers the personalized matchmaking search and service, rather than a guaranteed match. If a suitable mutual introduction isn't established during your engagement, your active search will conclude after 30 days. You may request an additional 30-day engagement, subject to availability.
Can I continue Private Matchmaking for another month?
Yes, subject to availability. Additional 30-day engagements are purchased separately and are not automatically renewed.
Are Private Matchmaking fees refundable?
Because significant time and resources are committed to your personalized search, matchmaking fees are non-refundable once your matchmaking engagement has begun, subject to the terms of your client agreement.
Is my information kept confidential?
Discretion is a core part of Diaspora Match Private. Personal information is used for matchmaking purposes and is shared selectively with potential matches as necessary to facilitate the service. Additional confidentiality and privacy terms will be outlined during onboarding.
